Our service fee covers the professional efforts and resources expended in facilitating your application, not guaranteeing its approval.

Refund Eligibility

PIMPASA Bali’s refund policy is structured to reflect the stages of our service delivery and the irreversible costs incurred once an application progresses to certain points. Please review the following conditions carefully:

1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for an 80% refund of the service fee if you decide to cancel your application before PIMPASA Bali has officially submitted your visa application to the Indonesian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body.
  • Definition of “Before Government Submission”: This stage refers to the period where PIMPASA Bali has received your documents, conducted initial assessments, provided consultations, and commenced the preparation of your application, but has not yet forwarded it to the official government channels for processing.
  • Deduction Explanation: The 20% non-refundable portion covers administrative costs, initial consultation fees, document review, processing time, and the resources already allocated to your case by PIMPASA Bali staff. These are expenses and efforts incurred regardless of the application’s final submission.
  • How to Qualify: A written refund request must be received and acknowledged by PIMPASA Bali before any official submission has occurred.

2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund

  • Eligibility: Once your visa application has been officially submitted by PIMPASA Bali to the Indonesian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body, you are not eligible for any refund (0%) of the service fee.
  • Definition of “After Government Submission”: This stage begins the moment your application, along with all necessary documentation, has been electronically or physically transmitted to the official government processing channels.
  • Reason for Non-Refundability: At this point, PIMPASA Bali’s primary service delivery is largely complete. The significant work involved in consultation, document preparation, verification, and formal submission has been performed. Furthermore, government application fees are typically non-refundable by the authorities, regardless of the outcome or withdrawal. The resources and time invested by PIMPASA Bali are substantial once the application enters this phase.
  • This applies even if:
    • You decide to withdraw your application after submission.
    • Your travel plans change after submission.
    • The processing time takes longer than expected by the applicant.

Non-Refundable Circumstances and Exclusions

In addition to the “After Government Submission” clause, please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances, as these factors are beyond the control and responsibility of PIMPASA Bali:

  • Rejection by Immigration Authorities: If your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration authorities or any other government agency. PIMPASA Bali provides consulting and facilitation services, but we do not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the government. Our service fee is for the professional assistance provided, regardless of the final outcome.
  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Information: If the applicant provides false, misleading, or incomplete information or documentation, which leads to delays, rejection, or withdrawal of the application.
  • Applicant’s Ineligibility: If the applicant is found to be ineligible for a visa due to reasons such as a criminal record, previous overstays, or other personal circumstances that were not disclosed or could not have been reasonably ascertained by PIMPASA Bali during the initial consultation.
  • Changes in Government Policy: If there are changes in immigration laws, policies, or procedures by the Indonesian government that affect the application outcome after submission.
  • Failure to Comply: If the applicant fails to comply with requests for additional information, interviews, or other requirements from immigration authorities.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a formal written request via email to our designated contact address. Your request must include:

  1. Your full name and contact details.
  2. The specific service for which you are requesting a refund.
  3. The date of service purchase.
  4. A clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
