These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the visa consulting and facilitation services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services include, but are not limited to, advising on visa requirements, assisting with document preparation, reviewing application forms, submitting applications to relevant Indonesian governmental authorities (e.g., Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Rights), and liaising on your behalf.
Important Disclaimer: PIMPASA Bali acts solely as a facilitator. We assist you in application process and submitting complete and accurate documentation based on current regulations. However, we do not issue visas or permits, nor do we have any control over the final decision of the Indonesian government or its agencies. All government decisions regarding visa or permit approvals, rejections, processing times, or requests for additional information are at their sole discretion. We explicitly state that we do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or application. Our role is to maximize the chances of a successful application by ensuring accuracy and completeness, based on information available and provided by you. Changes in government policies, regulations, or unforeseen circumstances may affect your application, and we bear no responsibility for such external factors.
2. User Obligations

Government fees are subject to change by the respective authorities without notice.
